At Summerill and Bishop we are all about old and new.
Placing a beautifully curated vintage piece in a modern kitchen is one of our favourite past times and the mountains are one of the best places to see such design.
Old reclaimed weathered chalet wood, mixed with contemporary composition is a thing of beauty.
So when we were asked to transform a kitchen in Gstaad how could we resist.
On our train commute back to Geneva, we were treated to some of natures most beautiful scenery. The fresh snow, forest, mist, light and train speed created a humbling ‘mise en scene’.
